The 917 Society is proud to have Lee Beaman as a Congressional Founders Club member and has been selected as the 2023 Founders Cup Winner. 


Lee Beaman, a graduate of the University of Tennessee, is the Chairman and CEO of Beaman Automotive Group, an award-winning group based in Nashville, Tennessee. Beaman is also heavily involved in the community, serving on numerous nonprofit boards. He currently serves as the Honorary Chairman of the Americans for Prosperity of Tennessee. Additionally, he serves on the boards of Montgomery Bell Academy, Belmont University, Men of Valor, Vanderbilt Children's Hospital, the Salvation Army, the Beacon Center of Tennessee, the Tennessee Federation for Children, and the Beaman Foundation. He is the past chairman of the Nashville Symphony and the Boy Scouts of America -- Middle Tennessee Council, and has recently served on various other boards including the Nashville Area Red Cross and Cheekwood Botanical Garden & Museum of Art. 


Beaman is a former member of the U.S. Civil Rights Commission State Advisory Council, the Muscular Dystrophy Association, and the American Heart Association. His awards for business and community leadership include the Junior Achievement Free Enterprise Award, the Tennessee and American Business Ethics Awards, the Top 20 Employers in Tennessee, the Better Business Bureau Ambassador of the Year, and the Nashville Rotary Club Paul Harris Fellow. 


He passionately supports conservative candidates and causes, choice in education and numerous faith-based organizations. He is also an angel investor in dozens of companies. 


Lee lives in Nashville with his three children and attends Grace Chapel.
