John Fowler, working with the Ohio Convention of States, delivered to 116 Pocket Constitutions to Oak Harbor High School in Oak Harbor, Ohio on August 24, 2026. He also delivered to 58 pocket Constitutions to Mr. Anthony Egbert at Gibsonburg Middle School in Gibsonburg, Ohio on September 1, 2026.

John shares that his favorite moment in the delivery was to learn that the HS assistant principal is a Hillsdale College graduate and he was excited about this as well as the teacher. He also shared that they are now exploring his proposal to involve the older students with the Hillsdale College free, on-line Constitution 101 and The Federalist Papers and incentive for them to do so.
