Volunteering for the 917 Society, Hugh McWilliams, John Phillips and Pam Neville delivered almost 1200 pocket-sized copies of the U.S.Constitution to all eight public middle schools across Brunswick County, NC and one charter school in Columbus County, NC.

The distribution placed a convenient civics resource directly in eighth-grade students’ hands and supported classroom learning about the nation’s founding document.
