8th Grade Constitution Request Form

The 917 Society is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering the next generation of Americans by ensuring every student learns the value of our founding principles. We provide free pocket Constitutions and educational resources to students nationwide, helping them understand and appreciate the U.S. Constitution — the cornerstone of our freedom.

Our primary focus is 8th-grade students, as this is the level where the Constitution is typically taught in most school districts. If your school, however, covers this subject in 7th grade instead, we are happy to fulfill your request for that grade. Please note that we can provide Constitutions for only one middle school grade per school each year. If you are requesting for 7th grade, simply explain your situation briefly in the "Notes" section of the order form.

Please use the order form provided here to place your request for Constitutions. If you need a complete school list for an entire state or large region, please mention this in the "Notes" section below and we will provide it to you.

Information for Volunteers

Note: All orders after the July 25th cut-off date until December 31st will be mailed when we can get to them. Orders for 2026 start January 1, 2026 and will be mailed in the summer, 2026.

Thank you for volunteering to deliver pocket Constitutions for the 917 Society prior to September 17th of each year or for being a teacher or principal of a school wishing to teach about this great document. To help us deliver to you the correct number of Constitutions for the 8th graders in the school, county (or counties) or school district in the state where you are delivering, please answer the questions in the order form above.

Shipping Details: Space is required for a box of 400 Constitutions which weighs approximately 23 lbs. each. When choosing where to ship the Constitutions you need, please ship to a location capable of handling the number you order.
