Distribution Volunteer Report

Thank yoiu for serving as a 917 Society Distribution Volunteer! Please complete this short report after each delivery or at the end of each week. Your reports help us track our progress toward reaching every 8th grader in America before Constitution Day, September 17. This takes about 5 minutes.
