The 917 Society welcomes to the Founders Club, Leonard Belmares. Leonard currently serves as the Municipal Court Judge in White Bluff, TN. Additionally, he practices law in Dickson where he handles general litigation cases. Leonard was a a 2018 GOLD Council honoree at St. Mary�s University School of Law and a 2022 Super Lawyers Rising Star. He has successfully argued Constitutional issues at every level of our state courts including the Tennessee Supreme Court. Leonard is a graduate of Dickson County High School. As well as, Austin Peay State University where he majored in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Homeland Security. He went on to receive his law degree in 2012 from St. Mary�s University School of Law where he was awarded a Pro Bono certificate for volunteering as a student attorney. Leonard lives in White Bluff, TN with his wife Crystal and daughter Addison Grace. He is a stanch supporter of our Second Amendment rights and is a life member of the NRA and Tennessee Firearms Association. Leonard believes, �the Constitution should be strictly construed according to the intent of the Framers, and the Constitution must stand for us all or we will all fall.�
